Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens and schedules change; however, as a single-chair studio, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact the business.
Please be prompt and arrive on time. If you happen to be running late (15 minutes or later) we will have to reschedule for another time/day to reduce overlapping clients after you.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I kindly ask for at least 12 Hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 2 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
NO-SHOWS
If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and lose the ability to book future appointments at the studio.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your support.
